She believes in creating an inviting atmosphere were one may completely let go and receive. Each session is carefully crafted and is unique to each client. She builds strong relationships with her clients and works to achieve results.

James has 15 years of experience including 4 years of Field Medicine and 6 years Physical Therapy with USMC. 

He is an experienced massage therapist, physical therapist, and personal trainer. Our businesses run along side each others within the same office. James provides a range of different modalities to get you feeling aligned.
